Return Policy

Our 30-day promise

Try Kogara for 30 days. If your dog's breath hasn't improved, email us and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to return the jar — keep it, or pass it to a friend with a dog.

How to request a refund

Email info@kogara.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a sentence about how it went. We'll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it's on its way, but our 30-day promise above still has you covered.
