Every Kogara order ships free — to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and across Europe, including the UK. No minimums, no surprise fees. Any taxes or duties that apply are shown at checkout before you pay, according to your country's rules.

Made to reach you fresh

Kogara isn't sitting in a giant warehouse. Each order is checked, packed, and sent with tracking, so what arrives is in good condition and ready for your dog's next meal. Most orders are on their way within 1–2 business days, and a tracking link lands in your inbox the moment yours ships.

Delivery estimates

Typical delivery windows, measured from the day your order ships:

United States: 7–11 business days.
Canada: 10–13 business days.
New Zealand & Europe: 7–10 business days.

These are typical ranges rather than guarantees — customs, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally add a little time. We'd always rather give you an honest estimate than an optimistic one.
